Leadership business is purely peoples` business. Leadership is not about building, equipments or resources; but it is all about people. It is about people and for the people. Aways take people seriously, no matter your qualification, connection or status.
If you ignore people, you will be ignored.
If you abuse them, they will abuse you.
If you appreciate them, they will appreciate you.
If you honour them, they will ensure you are not dishonored.
If you make them your priority, they will make your work a priority.
If you want to march over them to the top, the will resist you with all they have.
If you isolate them, you will bear your burden alone.
If you celebrate them, they will celebrate you beyond your imagination.
If you understand them, they will always stay around you.
If you give them opportunity to excel, they will never forget you as they climb up.
If you help them realize their dreams, they will secure your future for you
If you see them as obstacles, they will work with you as such.
